Former New Order bassist Peter Hook is a legend, and since 2010, he’s been performing with his post-punk backing band The Light. 

Hook is a unique figure, with a playing style that combines rockstar swagger with melodic dynamics. 

In 2001, New Order released their 7th album, Get Ready, the last album to feature Hook and the original line up, along with guests like Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins, Bobby Gillespie of Primal Scream, and more. 

In 2026, Peter Hook will stage a 20th anniversary tribute to the album, including a stop at The Van Buren in Phoenix on September 15th.
