Decoy Deloy, reporting from the Hello Lincoln loft studio, home to WASTOIDS and Hello Merch. And Hello’s psyched to welcome songwriter Sunny War to the crew. Known for her blend of punk, folk and roots music, she’s launched her Hello shop with a full complement of vinyl and gear. You can nab her 2023 album Anarchist Gospel, plus other titles and a great new tee.

Moving on, another Hello Merch artist, Elvis Costello, has announced a new collaboration with famed producer T-Bone Burnett. They’re calling their duo The Coward Brothers, and they’ve announced a new album, out November 22, and an audio play on Audible called The True Story Of The Coward Brothers, directed by Spinal Tap’s Christopher Guest.
In other news, Eternal Yip Eye and Thirty Tigers have announced a deluxe edition of Daniel Johnston’s debut studio album, Artistic Vice. Originally released in 1991 by the outsider artist,, the new version has been remastered and features a second disc full of unreleased material including outtakes and practice recordings.
And to close, it’s a good time to be an MF Doom fan! Metalface and Rhymesayers are celebrating 20 years of MF Doom’s legendary album Mm…Food with a deluxe reissue available exclusively through Doom’s site, Gas Drawls, featuring remixes, swanky packaging, and a QR code granting access to an augmented reality experience.
And that’s not all: there’s also a bonanza of stuff from toy company Super7, including a Doom ReAction Figure and Cereal Bowl set inspired by the album cover. Plus, Melbourne-instrumental band The Pro-Teens, not to be confused with the Phoenix band Pro Teens, have announced a new tribute album to MF Doom titled MF TEEN: Your Concurrence In The Above Is Assumed. Featuring members of Surprise Chef and Karate Boogaloo, these slick instrumental versions bring a live feel to Doom’s psychedelic beats.
