Reminiscent of acts like Smashing Pumpkins and Slowdive, Milly splits the difference between an authentic vintage sound and one that’s current and refreshing. The brainchild of Brendan Dyer, Milly began as a kind of spiritual successor to his previous band, Furnsss. After moving coast to coast from Connecticut to Los Angeles, California, Brendan met bassist Yarden Erez, who was brought in to help with the blossoming project. For the past few years, the band’s released a streak of singles, culminating in the release of a compilation record released in 2021, Our First Four Songs + Wish Goes On.
Now, Milly shift their focus to their first full-length record Eternal Ring which is set for release September 30th on Dangerbird Records. The album was recorded, mixed, mastered, and engineered by long time collaborator Corey Coffman. Preorders are available on the group’s Bandcamp and on Dangerbirdrecords.com
